Gigi is a software platform that allows users to:

  • structure and search their personal and professional network,

  • request and facilitate introductions,

  • draft and send messages through third-party services (e.g. Gmail) with explicit user approval.

Gigi provides tools and recommendations, not decisions.

3. What Gigi is NOT

Gigi is not:

  • a recruitment service,

  • a background-check service,

  • a data brokerage platform,

  • a reputation or scoring authority,

  • an agent acting on your behalf.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • the content you create or send,

  • the recipients you contact,

  • how you use information provided by Gigi.

Gigi does not guarantee:

  • accuracy of enriched or third-party data,

  • outcomes of introductions or connections.

5. Communications and emails

Gigi may allow you to draft, review, and send messages through third-party services such as Gmail.

All communications:

  • are initiated by you,

  • are reviewed and approved by you,

  • are sent from your own account.

Gigi does not independently send messages or make contact decisions.

6. User-generated content

Content generated or sent using Gigi may involve AI assistance.

However:

  • the user remains responsible for its use,

  • defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content is prohibited.

Gigi reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts in case of misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Gigi.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service without authorization.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • violate these Terms,

  • misuse the Service,

  • expose Gigi or other users to legal or reputational risk.

9. Pricing

Gigi is currently provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change pricing in the future.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”.

We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigi shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • loss of opportunity, reputation, or data,

  • outcomes resulting from user-initiated introductions.
